Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We deliver nationwide, with orders typically arriving within 3–5 working days. Delivery times can occasionally shift due to circumstances outside our control, but rest assured every item is carefully quality-checked and approved before it leaves our hands.

International Shipping

• We're happy to ship worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your region, and orders are delivered via DHL or FedEx, arriving in about 10–15 days after dispatch (excluding holidays and weekends).
• For parcels over 3 KG, we split the order into multiple packages to keep everything safe in transit — each package carries its own shipping charge. We currently accept Bank Transfer and Western Union for international orders, and once your payment is verified, we get your order processed within 2 days.
• A quick note for our international customers: orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes in your country, which are collected upon delivery rather than at checkout. Every parcel is packed with care to meet safety and weight standards, and because of the nature of international shipping, these orders are treated as final sale.

Return & Exchange Policy

• We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, we offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery for domestic (Pakistan) orders.
• We'd really appreciate you taking a look at your order as soon as it arrives so that if anything needs attention, we can help sort it out quickly. To keep the exchange process smooth and fair for everyone, items should be unused and returned in their original packaging — once we receive it, our team does a quick quality check before your exchange is on its way back to you.
• Return or exchange shipping is on the customer's end, though if there's ever a defect on our part, we'll take care of the replacement and its shipping at no cost to you.
• Since every piece is inspected individually before it ships, we're unable to offer exchanges for a change of mind — we always encourage a close look at the photos, measurements and details on the product page beforehand, so you feel confident before ordering. Please also note that items purchased during sale or promotional pricing are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• For international orders, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges given the distances and customs involved — we'd love for you to reach out to us first if you have any questions about sizing or fit before placing an international order.

• Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, sweat, and lotions — apply these before putting jewelry on.
• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches and tangling.
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising.
• Avoid contact with chemicals, including hairspray, deodorant, and cleaning agents.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use; avoid harsh rubbing.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity for prolonged periods.
