Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• We deliver nationwide, with orders arriving within 3-5 working days.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
• All items are quality-checked and approved prior to dispatch.

International Shipping

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your region.
• Delivered via DHL and FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 days after dispatch (excluding holidays and weekends).
• Orders are limited to 3 KG per parcel; orders exceeding this limit will be split into multiple parcels, each subject to its own shipping charge.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer and Western Union.
• Orders are processed within 2 days of payment verification.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are collected from the customer upon delivery (shipped on a duties-unpaid basis).
• Parcels are packed securely in line with weight and safety requirements.
• International orders are final sale — no refunds or exchanges.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, for domestic (Pakistan) orders only.
• International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Please inspect your order on the day of receipt and report any issues immediately.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging; exchanges are dispatched after a quality check.
• Return/exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective items, which are replaced free of charge.
• Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or exchange.
• Items purchased during sale promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, sweat, and lotions — apply these before putting jewelry on.
• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches and tangling.
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising.
• Avoid contact with chemicals, including hairspray, deodorant, and cleaning agents.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use; avoid harsh rubbing.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity for prolonged periods.
